Credit monitoring or identity protection Billing dispute Colorado

I went online to Experian to check my credit score for their advertised price of $1.00 prior to making a major purchase. Doing this automatically enrolled me in a 7 day free trial for a monthly service I did not want and, subsequently, a monthly billing to my credit card for $21.00. I believe this is a dubious business practice at best, and - beneath a major credit reporting agency. Although they did agree to cancel my service, they refused to refund my $21.00.
