I refinanced my Fifth Third Home Equity Line of Credit that I had with - - -. The check given to Fifth Third by - was $520.00 more than what was owed. My husband went into the Fifth Third branch on -, Ohio on - - to request the funds. He was told that it would take 10 business days. Well, 10 business days later and now I 'm being told by - - in Fifth Third Customer Service that it will be 5 MORE business days. I would like my money + interest. It 's funny that Fifth Third can process money out of my account in 2 seconds, but it takes them 15 business days to return my money?? I have closed my mortgage and savings accounts. I would like to close all of my Fifth Third accounts if they would give me my money back! I have never dealt with such poor customer service in all my life!
