I have vehemently contested the wrongful foreclosure of my home by Bank of America since - 2012. Notwithstanding, the lawsuit I filed on - -, 2012 is currently pending in the - - - - -. I have filed complaints with the CFPB, HUD Inspector General, and the Courts. However, while the lawsuit is pending, Bank of America has transferred the servicing of a - balance loan to - to collect. Bank of America has never tried to collect any debt from me after the foreclosure sale of the property on - -, 2012. I 've attached documents to substantiate my claims.
