I filled a complaint before seeking some documents from US Bank. I have since received such documents. This complaint is as a result of the information in the documents. ====== I got a balloon mortgage in - - for $290000.00 at 4.5 % with monthly payments of $1400.00. US Bank is the mortgagor. In - -, the balloon amount/remaining principal in the amount of $250000.00 was refinanced at 6.135 % with monthly payments of $1700.00 and the last payment was due on -/-/-. The terms of the loan was changed without my knowledge or consent sometime after - - by US Bank - monthly payment was increased and loan maturity date was also changed to -/-/-.

Meanwhile, I applied for loan modification and was offered a - loan with payments of $ -. Also they may foreclose on the house. I seek a modification of my mortgage, balance and monthly payments reflecting the agreement I signed in -. Also, I want to keep my house. Thank you.
