Chase Bank, - - -, - - - - has sent numerous advertisements " Enjoy up to $500.00 on us '' with details about opening both a savings and a checking account to earn the $500.00 with minimum balances and length of time the money must stay in the account. When I tried to apply for both these accounts at - Chase Bank branches in - -, I was refused because the staff person said that I had used their incentives before and they would n't accept me as a customer. I did n't see any wording to that effect in the advertisement I have. Is Chase Bank allowed to deny such a transaction?
