Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid

Bank of America Debt collection department,

Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Illinois

Debt was ACH into New Bank of America credit account instead of the right credit account known as - - and no longer Bank of America ( debt buyer/debt collector ) without a signed agreement with the borrower. After the mistake was recognized, in which the Bank of America, now known as the New Bank of America, transferred it after the payment date into the Bank of America, now the debt buyer - - - account several credits were made. But then the consumer 's automated default was never removed and it continued to produce late fees and interest owed with defaulting in original month, - -. I could n't get a response from - -, nor the New Bank of America, or the Bank of America on either account/s after phone communications, Email communications, and written communications. I decided to stop paying after - -, because I could no longer figure out what I owed on the - - ( Bank of America ) credit card. Their statements are impossible to figure out if you do n't stay current. There is no truth in their statements either, because I do n't owe money to a debt buyer as a retired person on social security benefits per the law, and other legal theories. I wrote to the CFPB and have a complaint against Equifax. This complaint is for - - ( Bank of America original debt grantor ). See, my correspondence. This involves - bank accounts and cut-off procedures, and the unwillingness of - - to be cooperative with the federal and state consumer protection laws.
