-/-/- with the foreclosure granted and a foreclosure sale looming, I took a job in - and I moved my family. We have not lived in the house since that time. Bank of America claims it took over the servicing of the loan from - - - -/-/-. I have records showing Bank of America was servicing this same loan under account number - from -/-/- through -/-/-. When they claim to have started servicing this loan in -/-/-, they were reporting it going back to -/-/-. In -/-/-, they were collecting on this debt and reporting this debt to credit bureaus even though it was discharged in bankruptcy court. On - -, -, after fighting Bank of America for four years and two months, Bank of America finally realized that they were mistaken and were not entitled to collect and report the delinquency on this loan. In -/-/- and -/-/-, I attempted a short sale contracts with Bank of America which they declined both offers on the house. On - -, -, I receive the letter of Collection from - - - -, - claiming that neither Bank of America nor they have any knowledge of the bankruptcy, which is pathetic on both Bank of America and the Attorney 's office.
