My truck payment is due the - of every month. Every month beginning on the - ( if payment has not been received ) phone calls begin. Sometimes multiple calls back to back with as many as -5 calls a day. Late fee is not incorporated till the -. No voicemail, no call identification and no way to know who is calling. Finally, I answered and collector stated, " the bill is due on the - and we start calling the - day it is late. ". I responded, " so you guys just blow-up my phone all day everyday? ". She responded, by asking, " did you want to make a payment? ". At this point I had already submitted payment but has not cleared though the bank. I responded, " I already have. '' And she stated that she would make note on my acct. Not once was there a apology, a thank you, or even a degree of empathy in her voice. This woman could not have been more apathetic and rude. I am as of now seeking information on my rights. Sincerely, Extremely aggrevated client of Bank of America
