Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease Oregon
I have been dealing with this problem since - -, 2016 and 7 phone calls to correct to no avail. I made 3 principle only payments to my car loan from Mercedes Benz Financial Services They acknowledge they have received the payments but will not deduct them from my balance. These payments of -/-/16 $1000.00. -/-/16 $5000.00 -/-/16 $3800.00 are not reflected on my statement. Beside my - principle only payment was $1200.00. After calling in 5 times I went down to Mercedes of portland and talked for 1 1/2 hr with their financial manager. She said she has no recourse. She would call and talk with them.
They would call back that day, - -. No call. They called me back on - - and assured me they would get back to me the same day. Understood my problem it would be corrected by the end of the day. After waiting over 40 days for a simple answer I have no recourse but to contact you. My theory is they are using the principle only money in some way to their advantage. I am incurring interest on a balance that should have been corrected since -. The account needs to be refigured with interest taken out in the same month to avoid over payment. I do not know what more I can do. Mercedes of - has been no help at all. They can process a loan and then feel they have no responsibility to their customers to help with a serious problem. What the Mercedes Financial is doing of holding onto funds I consider a scam. Mercedes of - is now owned by - - - -, -. Please help. - -
