I received my credit report - because I had finally become financial able to buy my first home. I saw that Bank Of America was on my credit report saying I owed them $5200.00. I disputed the account with Bank of America and all - credit bureaus. Neither the company nor credit bureaus will send me the proof proving I owe the money even after disputing this account for a total of 3 months. I would like for both the company and the - bureaus to send me proof, such as a customer agreement I signed or some kind of promissory note with my signature, ID, and social security card proving its my debt. I would like a detail response as to how the information is being verified, and I would like a detailed payment history, if not I would like for the company and all three credit bureaus to remove the incorrect information from my report.
