Bait & Switch predatory lending from Wells Fargo mortgage consultant - - - - # - -. He promised me a $1000.00 credit at closing, $500.00 from Wells Fargo and $500.00 through Union Plus. He did n't say I had to do anything, apply for anything, qualify for anything. Turns out the - was only for first time home buyers, which I am not, which he knows I 'm not from my first conversation with him, because he requested I write a letter explaining my 2009 short sale. Wells Fargo still owes me $500.00 of the $1000.00 that was promised to me upon closing. I 've patiently waited and called and written letters for 7 months. I want complain through official channels now.
