Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Seized/Attempted to seize property Maryland

I am an - age - woman living on Social Security Benefits, with no assets not even a savings account. My daughter has to help me pay some of living-medical needs solely. I have attempted to several times to payoff my high credit card debts with Bank of America. I was successful with making - settlement agreements with - out of the - Bank of America cards. These Bank of America cards I have had over 10 to 15 years and paying interest rates well over 21-29 %, the balance never seem to be going down and because of my fix income I can not afford the payments. I was successful with help from a company with securing a settlement agreement that was accepted by Bank of America, which I have made 2 successful payments towards settling the balance. Please see ( Attachments below ) Due to the fact that I was making schedule payments to settled these Bank of America Accounts, I was assured that once a larger portion of these settlements with the - BofA cards was within good standings, I was offered a settlement arrangement for the last BofA Card. This is where the deception from Bank


I did not believe it, why would Bank of America and - - -, -. say that, the shock cause me to seek medical attention immediately. Why would Bank of America and - - -, -. take threaten me with a summons on a credit card which they have already made settlement agreements on which was agreed on both sides. I am on a fixed income Social Security Benefits with no assets, -, why would Bank of America and - - -, -. make these threats? I feel that it is because of my Age, I have read about companies taking advantage of the - because we age getting older so taking advantage of - and violate our rights. I really feel for all the - and I pray for us, some of us were thought that we should pay what we owe and I have been using the little social security checks to paid off my high rate credit cards and even with me make settlement payments towards the Bank of America cards that they accepted. Bank of America and - - -, -. is still trying to use unfair deceptive and misleading practice, which violates the FDCPA. I pray for my -, I pray for this county. Please see ( Attachments below )
