I acquired an auto loan for a defective vehicle, once I found the vehicle to be defective beyond repair I returned it to the auto dealer who accepted the title and car. The bank Credit Acceptance however has kept my first payment and keeps refusing my requests to even speak with a manager about the loan reversal, which has been in processing since -/-/-. Id also like it struck from my credit report as I 'd like to be able to apply for another loan from another company and lease a different vehicle from a different dealer but can not until this is resolved.
