Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I have an account with old navy & I recently moved I logged into my online account & updated my address a week ago I logged into my account today to check to see if my address was updated & when clicking on manage my account then clicking under address it tells me to call customer service this is not the first time this has happen they also put holds on my card or block my purchase 's where I had to send in information to verify myself due to me updating my address & number this is very inconvenient for me because it happen 's frequently I also been with them for a while & their denying me a limit increase my account is -
