The mortgage company failed to disclose, read 15 U.S.C. 78c Section 10, which is a violation of Regulation Z. It is also a violation of the Code of Federal regulations 12 CFR 226.23. 2. The promissory note " Note '' documents was not sign in the presence of any Witnesses ; and/or notarized by others with the further markings, material to the instrument not until after I originally signed.
