Citibank Credit card department,
I was an authorized user on a Citicard account of my dad 's, not a guarantor. They have consistently filed this on my credit bureau. When it came time to get a business credit card for my business this account inhibitied my ability to get an a business credit card. I removed myself from the account and asked for a letter stating I was no longer attached to this account as an authorized user. The letter came in my dad 's name which was not helpful to me. I called and asked for another letter. It never came. So I called back and they refuse to send a letter unless my dad calls and verifies his account. They are still reporting to my credit bureau and are not helping me correct their mistake. I was on the account when I asked for the letter. I want the account off my credit bureau and a letter that states I 'm not on this account or responsible for it.
