They sent letters stating they would resolve the issue and they never followed through by the dates they said they would instead thet past it off to -. They said they would modify then they sent the payments back. ( see attached letters ) They have been holding me financially hostage since 2010. I have a family to take care of I 'm a single mother and the only income earner and now have a -.
