I requested that Apex Asset management LLC provide me with proof that I requested service from - - the debtor they are collecting for. -/-/2016 I requested " A signature '' " A contract '' something so I may see my handwriting or proof of some sort that this belongs to me. The first reply I got from them was nothing more than a print out with my name, the amount owed and pretty much the info that 's on my credit report. I replied -/-/2016 that this is insufficient, I need a signature or something proving this is mine. The next reply I get from them is a list of programming from start to finish which once again does not prove to me that I ordered this service only that it 's been ordered and my name is attached to it. This is going over 60 days, 2 letters and 2 replied in which I requested validation and still I have none. I have requested they remove this debt from my credit reports if they can not comply with my request, it still remains on my credit reports and I still have no valid proof that I ordered this service.
