APEX Asset Management, LLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt May 23, 2016 - I requested that Apex Asset management LLC provide me with proof that I requested service from - - the debtor they are collecting for. -/-/2016 I requested " A signature '' " A contract '' something so I may see my handwriting or proof of some sort that this belongs to me. The first reply I got from them was nothing more than a print out with my name, the amount owed and pretty much the info that 's on my credit report. I replied -/-/2016 that this is insufficient, I need a signature or something proving this is mine. The next reply I get from them is a list of programming from star... |
