This company is absolutely the worst mortgage company ever. I accidentally overpaid in -, I realized immediately what I had done, contacted them, and they proceeded to drag their feet, then promise a refund, drag their feet some more, then say they did n't owe me a refund, charged a bunch of fees with no explanation as to what they were for, charged late fees even though they know they had an extra month 's payment, finally admitted yes they did owe me a refund, gave it to me in -, but are still insisting on collecting fees that I do n't owe them.
