I have had a credit card account with Wells Fargo for almost - years. During this time I Have never been late nor been over my limit. I pay several bills each month on or about the -. I keep a log of the date I pay the bills that are not payed via auto payment. The Wells Fargo Visa card is logged with a payment of $30.00 made on the due date of - -. Wells Fargo indicates that I did not make this payment. This again would be the first payment I have missed in - years of doing business with Wells Fargo on this card. When I logged into my account to make my payment in -, the statement reflected the missed payment and a late charge. I contacted Wells Fargo about the missed payment and they reversed the late fee. I then made a double payment on the - of - to cover the payment for - and -. When I tried to log into my account in -, I no longer had on-line access to my account. I tried to contact Wells Fargo by phone and was told that I owed an additional late fee


on before obtaining access to my account. There have been no new charges to this card since - of 2015. My minimum payment has gone from $27.00 a month to $180.00 for the month of -. I have made monthly payments well over the minimum payment every month since the supposed missed payment in -. I have called several times and continue to get the run around from Wells Fargo. I was finally able to get them to transfer me to an on-line support representative who assisted me in accessing my on-line account. The minimum payment due is associated with fees that should not have been charged. If you look at my credit report and history you will see that this is the only financial institution that I have any type of problem with. On the contrary, I handle my monies very responsibly. This account in itself was in perfect order until the so called missed payment in -. I see this as a total abuse on Wells Fargo 's part. Do I have any recourse? Please Help!
