Bank of America Credit card department,
Contacted Bank of America multiple times to try and adjust interest rate and payment on credit card bill to finical hardship. Each time I was tossed around and never given a straight answer. Immediately after finally deciding to just close the card I was charged $45.00 in interest more than I had ever been charged before and I was denied the ability to use my $15.00 earned credit card points. Bank of America has constantly denied me any assistance. I have requested it multiple times and they deny me for any reason.
