We are attempting to submit a short sale with NationStar. We are given 90 days by the courts to proceeds with this short sale since NationStar wrongfully Foreclosed on the seller while she was in bankruptcy. We have submitted a - party authorization to nation star and the Asset Manager - -, -, has continually rejected our 3rd party authorization that was submitted with cause. The seller has been trying to do a short sale with NationStar for over 2 years and thy have done everything in their powers to circumvent this from happening. We need your assistance in this matter.
