Chase bank restructured transactions in my checking account so that they could extract - overdraft fees instead of - on - -, 2016. In fact, the first - debits arrived early in the day, and the last, much larger debit was a late debit. There were sufficient funds to pay the first - debits, and so only - fee should have been charged.
