On - 2015 I signed a deed in lieu, the bank ( Rush Loan Management ) took possession of the property to satisfy loan -. After many inquires to the mortgage bank they refused to provide a document stating the status of the mortgage loan and they keep reporting the account as " on past due '' affecting my credit and my possibilities to get credit.
