JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,

Credit card protection / Debt protection Colorado

I was charged a late fee by Chase on a balance that was due on a Sunday. My bank was unable to process the payment electronically until first thing Monday. They have refused to acknowledge that was in violation of the Credit Card Act of 2009. Have the companies such as Chase found a way around this act?
