My name is - - and I have been a client of Suntrust Mortgage for 5 years. Within these years every 3-4 months I encounter problems with Suntrust. There is an ongoing issue with up front transparency as to what is need by me. One of the issues now is i 'm short in escrow and the payment is going up an additional ( $200.00 ). Currently my budget can not sustain this waive of unforeseen changes. I did a loan modification 4 years ago so why does my payment continue to go up back and forth. I am frustrated to the point of walking out of this home and letting them have it. Any advice you can assist me with will help.
