Bank of America Credit card department,
Bank of America has misreported a balance on a credit card that I paid off over 6 years ago. I noticed it was still on my credit report when I checked it in -. I 've written them and disputed with the credit bureaus however nothing has been resolved. The balance should be showing $0.00 Please assist
