- - - utilized - - for - report. My billing\payment information was not sent with the request for service. I was never contacted by - - billing department. All my - expenses have been honored by the Veterans Administration and have been closed. I did not become aware of the account payable until I reviewed my credit report. I contacted - - - and they acknowledged that I was not contacted or allowed to make payment of the account prior to placing a claim on my credit report. Diagnostic Imagining had written off the account according to the - - - and they are demanding payment and refusing to discharge the claim from my credit report. I contacted - - and gave them my correct billing/payment information to resolve the issue. I called this information to - - agency and they said that they were sending me a thirty day notice and they would take further actions if I do not make the remittance to them. I told them that I was paying - - since they provided the service. My issue is : the - - - has the authority to make an adverse impact on my credit


I have no recourse except to dispute the claim with the - Credit reporting agencies or pay - - - and hope they remove the claim. - - - made the contract with - - but failed provide billing/payment information. - - failed to obtain the billing/payment information from - - - who was paid in full by the Veterans Administration. Since credit reporting is suppose to be about the transactions between two parties, I do not think a third party should be able to hold me hostage and effect my financial aspects without my prior knowledge of the debt. This is why I am here typing out this complaint for all Americans who have been a victim of false credit reporting due to poor business practices.
