You currently have a case pending VS. - - that covers these ridiculously over priced loans that they preyed upon the students for. My question is what are the students supposed to do in the mean time? I just received my monthly statement in the mail and it went up about $100.00 for the month. I cant afford to pay that to them but they wont work with the payments either. So while this plays out in the courts what are we the students supposed to do? Can you push an injunction to get them to freeze all - and PEAKS account collection activity until this is resolved? When do those of us who are suffering get relief?
