On -/-/-, we traded our - Dodge Durango to a dealership. After the payoff funds were sent to Santander Consumer USA, they refused to release the title to the dealership. The Dealership could not resell the vehicle and then Santander went and took possession of the - Dodge Durango from the Dealership. Now they are trying to collect money from me, claiming it is the balance of the loan.
