I had a home discharged through the bankruptcy courts in -. Now, I have - mortgage companies harassing me over the unpaid debt. I have written them numerous request to cease and desist and yet they continue to harasses me on a weekly basis. - - has gone to the extent of repeatedly calling me on my cell phone over this debt. I would like this to stop immediately. I would also like to know if I can file suit against these companies.
