I purchased a vehicle from - Kia in AZ in - -. They advised us that we qualified for their " Holidays on Us '' program. We signed the " Holidays on Us '' contract showing our first payment would be due on - -, -. - -, I got a notification that our - payment was due. I called - - at the dealership who advised that I call Kia Motors Finance because once they finish on their end they send everything to KMF. Finance then told me to call the dealership as well as they would work on it and get management involved. After calling several more times, on - -, -, Kia Finance told me they did n't have anything on record regarding this program. I faxed in the contract I had and called the following day and verified receipt. I was advised that it was now in payment processing to be paid and would show in - hours and to keep checking online. Checking online is all I 've done for the last two months! After multiple calls to finance and receiving the same status through -/-/-, I started receiving collection calls at home and at

is with, the sales rep. who handles these issues to take care of as I was not the only person this happened too. After days passing and calling - multiple times throughout the month of - the status never changed. We were waiting on -. I then obtain - 's information, all still while being harassed by collectors ALL DAY, EVERYDAY. Now into -, I emailed - on - -, - with the detail and received a phone call same day. He stated that he just made sure the - payment was taken care of, it has just been paid and that it would post in 48-72 hours. I inquired about my credit being taken care of and he said that they would make sure it did n't. 120 hours later ... the payment was n't even showing as pended and I 'm not only still receiving calls from collectors, but I received credit monitoring notifications advising of a 30 day delinquency now reporting on credit with Kia Motors -. I emailed - again multiple times advising of the status and carbon copied the dealership manager, - -, - - and our salesman - -. It has now been TWO months of me trying to get this resolved and now no responses via email. How much time do I let pass? I should not have depended on them as I did n't expect and realizing all this time would pass while getting the run around. I trusted every person I talked too. I should have just made the payment but feared they would n't then pay - as is it is not part of the contract. If I make a payment it will go towards - and - is now close to being 30 days late. I paid a large deductible for a - and was okay being out of work for a few months because I knew I would not have a car payment until -. I was recovering for - and focused on fixing this issue. This is not customer service but even more importantly the contract is not being upheld. Now my credit is affected!!!! This needs to be fixed! I left called and left a message for - and - due to my last - emails not being responded to by any of the recipients listed above including -, so I called the dealership manager, - -. He told the receptionist to have me email him. Really? This is unbelievable! I 'm starting to wonder if an attorney is the best route.
