PayPal is randomly sending PayPal account holders debit cards without permission ( unless permission is buried in fine print ). Recipients of the card do n't know what it is, why we are receiving it, if it was fraudulently requested, etc. - then we have to spend 20 minutes holding for PayPal customer service only to find out that PayPal randomly sends the cards to account holders whether or not they request it. It is absolutely ridiculous and PayPal should know better.
