My mortgage servicer, Seterus, Inc has not been able to explain material mis-calculations on my pay-off statement. Most recently, it refused me access to my account information such us the form -. A representative of Seterus ( - ) refused to talk to me and asked me to communicate to my lawyer when there has always been an authorization on file for me to speak with the representatives directly.
