I have been payingon this loan early every month. I get a letter in the mail on - - stating that I am overdue. I called the number on - - and spoke to - Representatives. The first representative told me my account is current and to disregard the letter. I had concerns with this representative and spoke with another representative this representative was very rude and after 15 minutes of going back and forth finally she told me that the reason my account is overdue is because on - - of 2015 they did not receive a payment therefore for every month after that I have received a late payment and they have applied the payment I made for the month it 's supposed to be to the previous month. I had no knowledge of this missing payment I sent the payment in the mail as I have done every single other month I got no notification and was completely unaware that they have not received a payment. I called on - - and was on the phone at - - - minutes before and - minutes after I talked - - she informed me that they did not


me the late payments and continue to play each payment that they receive each month early with a statement that they gave me that goes with each check for the according month she told me that that was their business practice. I asked why they did n't send me a letter some notification something I asked her to hear me out she was rude and horribly demeaning. I did call my bank today and there was not a payment for - cashed. did send this and I did n't know they did n't receive it now they have been charging me late payments for over a year as a penalty and not sent me any kind of notification that I received I 'm stuck and I need help and clearly calling on my own has gotten me nowhere. When I ask to speak to a supervisor I was told there was none available their and there would n't be any available and If I wanted to speak to - I just have to call and try my luck. Those are direct quotes. Please help me!
