-/-/2016 while looking at cars on a - lot was encouraged by salesman to apply for car loan while unemployed and anticipating job offer. Offered deal, made down payment pending job acceptance and received truck. Next day advised salesman job offer not made needed to return truck. Received immediate credit denials from major financials -, -, -. Upon contact was originally told by salesman could return truck but needed to speak with sales manager who was out til the following week. Received the run around when trying to contact sales manager on -/-/16 by woman in sales office would need to make - car payments and they 'd allow me to trade out. Unacceptable with no job. Following 2 week runaround truck returned to dealership and has remained at dealership. Received a statement from Santander Consumer Financial that they processed a loan for truck.
