I called Chase on - - to convert my Chase Freedom card to a Chase Freedom Unlimited. While on the phone with the Chase rep, he told me the conversion was completed. It is now more than a week later and the card still has n't been converted. I 've called twice during the week ( once on - - and again on - - ) to find out the status and both times the representatives told me the conversion should have completed but that " they are n't sure what 's taking so long. '' Chase what is happening?
