I submitted a Qualified Written Request to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. I am attempting to obtain information about my FHA loan that is serviced by Wells Fargo. The request was sent as I have received conflicting information regarding the true investor is for my loan. Wells Fargo failed to provide any of the required documents per RESPA and Truth in Lending.
