I set up a automatic payment with west lake financial for -/-/16, for some reason my bank had a block on payment to this company, so when i saw that the payment was return by west lake i called them up and paid over the phone, i was given a confirmation number and was told my next payment was due on -/-/2016, however i have been receiving phone calls a couple times a day via a automatic dialer, and they say i am late on my payment. i then explain the situation and give them the confirmation number they then say they will notated the problem and i should not get another phone call, but i get another phone call saying i have not paid
