AES/PHEAA Student Loan Complaint

AES/PHEAA Student loan department,

I cosigned on my sisters loan for college. Aes told me twice in the last two years after a certain amount of consecutive payments I can be released. When I asked to be released they are now saying that the terms of the loan do n't have an option for me to be removed. I asked for the contract to be sent to me. I am very upset that I was mislead mire than once. I could have been working on other ways to be removed from the loan. I am thinking of hiring a lawyer. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks
