U.S. Bancorp Mortgage Complaint

Conventional adjustable mortgage (ARM) Loan modification, collection, foreclosure

U.S. Bancorp Mortgage department,

Conventional adjustable mortgage (ARM) Loan modification, collection, foreclosure Massachusetts

Hello, I have gone through this process already with a complaint filed on -/-/-. They responded and I am STILL waiting for them to get back to me .... Here is original complaint. We fell behind 3 payments to US Bank -/-/- shortly after having a baby. It was then suggested that we apply for the " loss mitigation '' program to make a payment plan. It has been 18 months with us falling further and further behind and we are not allowed to make any payments even though we could have started paying months ago. They ask for the same paperwork over and over since by the time they send it to the " processor '' it 's expired. They just told me I need to fill out everything again for the 3rd time and I feel like this is illegal. I just want to pay the mortgage.
