I purchased a vehicle from Wells Fargo in -. My payments were 74 months which my car would had been paid off in -. Wells Fargo state my last payment was received in -. Wells Fargo states there was a balance of -, but never received letter and this is now - and I still have the car in my possession. Wells Fargo sold the account to - -, then to -, and now - claim they purchased the account in -. I never received any mail and thought my car was paid off until - someone hit my car and insurance still listed Wells Fargo as the lien holder. I called Wells Fargo and the lady was like you still owe - and something, I ca n't remember the correct amount. I sent the check of - from the insurance and - in -. Never received my title. I have a car that I do not need for some years and want to get rid of it. I called Wells Fargo for title and they said to call the people who the account was sold to. Called all the places listed in statement. Superlative wanted me to pay -


my possession and I told the guy if I still owed on this car why Wells Fargo never repossessed the car back in -.I finally called - back and told the guy I am seeking an attorney then he said yes a check was received in - and I asked why it was not deducted from the amount owed. Keep in mind I am getting different amounts. The gentlemen at - now want to investigate, but he hung up on me just as the other guy at - did when I started asking about the money sent in -. I am tired and just want my title because this is longer than 7 years and I need my title. They keep selling the account and no one is checking into nothing. Please help! I hope other people are not getting ripped off.
