We got a new mortgage payment from Suntrust Mortgage. They are increasing our monthly payment from $1400.00 to $1800.00. We have revised the information ( see attachment ) and all numbers are the same for the new monthly payment except the property taxes. We went to - county and they increased our taxes by $98.00 per monthy but Suntrust Mortgage is increasign our montlhy payment by $390.00. We do n't have budget to pay this new mortgage payment.
