Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't temporarily postpone payments Minnesota

I am currently a - student at the University - and have been unable to get my private student loan from Wells Fargo to be put into deferment ( their policies do stipulate that in-school deferment is allowed ). I 've submitted the necessary deferment forms multiple times and have contacted them on multiple occasions, but they will not put my student loan into deferment. I 've been charged late fees, I receive harassing phone calls from Wells Fargo every morning at -, and my cosigner has received threatening letters about repayment obligations and the negative influence of missed payments on credit scores. I do n't know what to do to ameliorate this situation and I would appreciate assistance.
