On -/-/2015, I closed a house through a short sale transaction. The mortgage company United Wholesale Mortgage accepted $340000.00 as the net proceeds. They reported on my credit report that the account is closed and less was accepted towards payoff. However, when I look at my account online or when I called to discuss the - that I received, my account still shows open after 5 months.
