Synchrony Financial Credit card department,

Customer service / Customer relations Florida

Use of Gap Visa card issued by GE Capital Retail Bank was declined on -/-/-. Card has expiration of -/-/- and has a credit balance. Customer Service says card cancelled because issuing new one with chip. Other card companies keep card valid until new card activated. A declined card is embarrassing. This practice is poor customer service and relations.
