I opened a new business account with PNC Bank on - -, 2016 and then chose to enroll in their Merchant Services ( contract was signed - -, 2016 ). At the time of enrolling I was informed by their representative ( - - ) of the cost the fees to use the hardware for the term of my 4 year lease ( $ -/month with ownership of device at the end of the term ) but was not informed about the potential for further monthly fees for using the associated software on the device. I was intending on replacing my current - service with the - station but was not informed that to make the - function as my -, I would need to purchase an additional software bundle that would cost me an additional $29.00 a month for the lifetime of using the unit. Had I been fully informed about the potential for these additional fees I would not have signed the contract as it would not have been a sound business decision for me at the time.
