Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't get flexible payment options Oregon

The bank has failed to contact me ( co signer ) on my daughters delinquent account. Damaging my credit with no notification. They said they had the wrong address. I have had my checking account with them since -/-/- and they new my address. The bank continues to fail to provide me - on interest that I paid -/-/-. I have tried to conslidate the loans but they drove my credit score so low I did not qualify at a low enough rate to afford the payments. Wells Fargo continues to fail to work with us asking for payments we are unable to provide at this time. The interest they are charging me after they drove my credit score down would lead me into default. Wells Fargo departments do n't coordinate with each other telling us if we made 3 payments on the late account they would help to bring the loan current. They continue to fail to work with us to resolve all issues relating to my daughter student loan accounts.
