Mercedes Benz Financial has incorrectly reported the details of an old account with them. They have done this after being advised of this multiple times and being queried by all - credit bureaus at least 10 times since -. This account is an old account : it first went past due in - or - of -. The account was never brought current and the vehicle was repossessed in - - -. Mercedes reports this as follows to - as verified by all - bureaus. - - 30 days - - 120 days - - 90 days - Repossession - 30 days These numbers are clearly wrong and repeated efforts to correct result in MBF continueing to report incorrectly They also report it as a Charge Off but show a balance past due of - which is not permitted MBF has structured their reporting, I believe deliberately, to ensure that this account is not deleted from reporting by all - credit bureaus in the correct time frame and kept on my record
